With over 10 years with AAA Septic and as the daughter of founders Dana and Debra Lovely, Alisha is proud to continue her family’s legacy in Shelton, WA.
With a degree from Western Washington University, she’s dedicated to providing high-quality septic services and portable restroom rentals while protecting the environment.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys camping, biking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
Wes Graves
Operations Manager
With 17 years of experience as a Septic Pumper and O&M Specialist, Wes has expanded AAA Septic’s service area from one county to seven.
Licensed in multiple systems, he’s passionate about industry standards and community outreach.
When he’s not working, Wes enjoys restoring old cars with his family and exploring the great outdoors.
Kayla Dickson
Office Manager
Kayla brings over 16 years of customer service experience to AAA Septic, including a background in banking.
Trained by founder Debra Lovely, she’s dedicated to maintaining strong community ties and organizing local events.
A proud supporter of the Veteran community, Kayla enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and cats.
